Citroën 2CV as 3D large modell
Who can not remember the time when the Beetles, Fiat500 and Co travled on our streets? This included the Citroën 2CV.
If you did not own one yourself, there was always someone in the circle of acquaintances who had one. One of those indestructible things from France.
We will resurrect the legend and fill it with new life as a kit. Get the Legendary Car and assemble it using the illustrated instructions. Then you have a legend that you can put on the shelf and at the sight of the good old days can dream again.
The Citroën 2CV (French deux chevaux "two horses"), commonly called "Duck" in Germany and Austria and "Döschwo" in Switzerland, was a popular model of the car manufacturer Citroën with an air-cooled two-cylinder four-stroke boxer engine and front-wheel drive.
Between summer 1949 and mid-1990, 3,868,631 four-door sedans and 1,246,335 delivery vans ("Kastenente") were produced. From 1960 to 1968 (and 1971) 694 pieces of the Sahara version "4 × 4" were built with two engines and four-wheel drive, which was introduced in 1958 and was also called "Bimoteur".
Development began in the mid-1930s; As a result of the war, Citroën introduced the new 2CV to the public only on October 7, 1948 in Paris. Initially ridiculed by the trade press, the 2CV became one of the best-known car models in France in the following decades.
Please note that this kit is not a toy and can only be used to a limited extent. Please keep the items away from small children under 6 years old. It involves breaking off small parts and being swallowed. We declare the model as a puzzle or decoration
Item Description:
Material: 4mm wood
Dimensions approx. 48 x 17 x 20 cm (LxWxH)
Weight approx: 1.0 kg
Content: 1 x lasered kit with 60 parts / assembly instructions
Supplied as a lasered kit. This must be assambled by yourself.
No tools needed. The parts must be glued.
The kit is made of wood and has been lasered. This will cause the edges to look burnt and possibly leave traces of soot and smoke on the wood. These can be easily removed with fine sandpaper.
All components are laser cut so that there is a "beautiful" front and a marked, production-related "bad" back. Make sure that the good side always points to the visible side.
These soot and smoke marks as well as the fact that wood is a natural product, which is dimensionally influenced by basic physical laws such as temperature and humidity, there are certain limitations in the nature of the products, which must be consciously accepted.
We offer the most careful choice of material and the most modern production methods, nevertheless one has to accept with wood the peculiarities and unimpeachable characteristics, which are to be observed again and again in the practice - therefore these can not be claimed by the buyer as a material defect.
