Shipping & payment conditions

We only ship our games and models as insured packages with a tracking number for shipment tracking.

All orders are individually packed in suitable cardboard boxes, some of which are shrink-wrapped - this is the only way we can ensure that they all arrive in perfect condition.

We send smaller individual shipments in a padded envelope

All other shipments are carefully and securely packed and sent in appropriate cardboard boxes.

Shipments outside of Germany are charged according to the current, constantly changing package prices from DHL. We have not explicitly listed these here. If you continue to execute the order, the correct shipping costs for your order or your place of delivery will be displayed before the final order is placed
