Chameleons as 3D large model
The Chameleons (Chamaeleonidae) (Greek χαμαιλέων chamailéōn "Earth Lion") are a family of the iguana (Iguania) within the Scaly Crawler (Squamata).
There are over 200 species described, which are divided into two subfamilies:
The Real Chameleons (Chamaeleoninae) and the Stubble Tail Chameleons (Brookesiinae).
Almost all chameleons are endangered in their natural habitat, which is why they are covered by the Washington Convention on the Protection of Species and hence their attitude is notifiable.
Chameleons have some typical physical characteristics. Notable are her stocky trunk, the high back and the compact skull. Characteristic features include her specialized, independently movable eyes, her gripping hands, the pronounced color-changing ability of most species and her long, tongue-in-the-ear hunting tongue. Chameleons can partially vary their body shape by inflating or spreading lobes on the head (physiophrenia). This makes it difficult to pinpoint some species. The body shapes and characteristics are also highly variable within a species and dependent on age and gender.
So that we do not violate these species protection regulations, but can still admire one of these fascinating animals, we have here the perfect kit.
The kit of 50 parts is easy to assemble and consists of the animal model and a support on which the model is placed.
Please note that this kit is not a toy and can only be used to a limited extent. Please keep the items away from small children under 6 years old. It involves breaking off small parts and being swallowed. We declare the model as a puzzle or decoration
Item Description:
Material: 4mm wood
Dimensions approx. ca. in cm: with stand (L x B x H) 43 x 19 x 24
Weight approx: 1.4 kg
Content: 1 x lasered kit with 50 parts / assembly instructions
Supplied as a lasered kit. This must be assambled by yourself.
No tools needed. The parts must be glued.
The kit is made of wood and has been lasered. This will cause the edges to look burnt and possibly leave traces of soot and smoke on the wood. These can be easily removed with fine sandpaper.
All components are laser cut so that there is a "beautiful" front and a marked, production-related "bad" back. Make sure that the good side always points to the visible side.
These soot and smoke marks as well as the fact that wood is a natural product, which is dimensionally influenced by basic physical laws such as temperature and humidity, there are certain limitations in the nature of the products, which must be consciously accepted.
We offer the most careful choice of material and the most modern production methods, nevertheless one has to accept with wood the peculiarities and unimpeachable characteristics, which are to be observed again and again in the practice - therefore these can not be claimed by the buyer as a material defect.
