The Chameleons (Chamaeleonidae) (Greek χαμαιλέων chamailéōn "Earth Lion") are a family of the iguana (Iguania) within the Scaly Crawler (Squamata).

The cobras (Naja) are poison snakes (Elapidae), which occur in about 30 species in much of Africa and Asia. The spider-animals (Arachnida) are a class of arthropods (Arthropoda) with more than 100,000 known species.
