Animals of the genus Spinosaurus say in the Lower to Upper Cretaceous, about 113-94 million years ago, in the new North Africa.
Spinosaurus shows spinous processes of the dorsal vertebrae, which became skin less like a sail-like structure less than 1.69 meters long.

Raptor from the family Dromaeosauridae
One of the oldest predatory dinosaurs within the Dromaeosauridae is the North American Utahraptor from the lower Cretaceous period about 125 million years ago. The best known raptor, however, is the Velociraptor from the Upper Cretaceous period (about 80 million years ago).
